Each ERG is led by an executive champion and supported by local and global executive leadership. Periodic rotations in leadership \u2014 such as <strong>Brian Mandell<\/strong>, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Commercial, moving to Pride Network from the Veterans Network \u2014 allow for the sharing of new and different perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a bittersweet move in that I have personally and professionally gained so much from my time with the Veterans Network,\u201d said Mandell. \u201cI am looking forward to learning more and actively engaging with Pride members. We have made a great deal of progress as a company, and we remain diligent in our efforts to create an inclusive environment where diversity in all its forms can thrive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning opportunities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The changes come as Phillips 66 gets set to celebrate Inclusion and Diversity Week, an annual week spearheaded by a group of employee volunteers in partnership with Corporate I&amp;D and the ERGs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis week is a great opportunity for employees to learn from one another and experts in this space to truly seek
