It&#8217;s one of the longest running sponsorships in collegiate athletics history, dating back to 1988.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;At Phillips 66, we are committed to providing energy and improving lives in the communities where we live, work and play,&#8221; said <strong>Pam McGinnis<\/strong>, VP Global Marketing. &#8220;Partnerships like the Big 12 allow us to deliver on that commitment by supporting players and fans who live to the full every day.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>That commitment extends to education as part of the Live to the Full<sup>&#174;<\/sup> Heroes program. Phillips 66 worked with <a style=\"color:#0563c1;text-decoration:underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.donorschoose.org\/\">DonorsChoose<\/a> to donate&#160;$100,000&#160;to teachers in&#160;Amarillo&#160;and&#160;Lubbock, Texas, and&#160;Kansas City metro-area schools. The company also honored three extraordinary teachers during the tournament and donated $6,600&#160;to each teacher to fund projects in their schools and classrooms. Teachers spend an average of $500 of their own money every year on supplies.<\/p>\n\n<p>As part of the Big 12 relationship, Phillips 66 donated $66,000 to the Big 12 scholarship fund.<\/p>\n\n<p>On the court, Kansas beat Texas Tech to claim its first men&#8217;s Big 12 tournament title since 2018, and Texas upset Baylor to win the women&#8217;s championship. Chairman and CEO <strong>Greg Garland<\/strong> presented the men&#039;s trophy, while President and COO <strong>Mark Lashier<\/strong> handed over the women&#039;s trophy. &#160;<\/p>\n\n<p>Watch the
