The Borger Refinery is located in Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle, approximately 50 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrodesulfurization, and delayed coking units. The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as fuel-grade petroleum coke, NGL and solvents. Refined petroleum products are distributed to customers in West Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and the Midcontinent region by company-owned and common carrier pipelines<\/p>\n\n\n
