HOUSTON \u2013 (APRIL 24, 2024) \u2013<\/strong> Phillips 66\u00ae<\/sup> Aviation<\/a> and Phillips 66\u00ae<\/sup> Lubricants<\/a> celebrated SUN \u2018n FUN Aerospace Expo\u2019s 50th anniversary with a week of airshows, educational forums, entertainment, workshops, career fairs and more. Thousands of flight enthusiasts attended the kick-off for aviation season at Lakeland Linder International Airport (KLAL) in Lakeland, Florida from April 9 to 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCongratulations to the SUN \u2018n FUN organization for 50 years of advancing aviation. We enjoy participating every year because it offers interactive opportunities for people of all ages to experience the spirit of flight,\u201d said Sunny Lopez, Manager, Phillips 66 Aviation. \u201cDuring the week-long event, we engaged in conversations and built relationships with hundreds of pilots, consumers and aviation enthusiasts. We are excited to continue the momentum from the event and be part of their aviation journey.\u201d    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phillips 66 Aviation Fuels and Lubricants offered attendees show specials, led educational seminars, gave away coveted Phillips 66 branded swag, and educated consumers about Phillips 66\u2019s long-standing expertise and commitment to the aviation industry. Keith Clark, Senior Quality & Technical Support Rep, Phillips 66 Aviation, and Steven Strollo, Field Engineer, Phillips 66 Lubricants, led eight educational sessions during which they discussed various topics, including Piston Aviation Engine Oil: Dispelling the Myths, VFT: Why You Should Never Say \u201cTop it Off,\u201d and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to leading in-person educational sessions, Keith Clark was interviewed on Florida Aviation Network, a leading aviation industry broadcast station that promotes aviation safety.
