While speaking about the energy transition, recent acquisitions and the company\u2019s social impact efforts, Lashier emphasized Phillips 66\u2019s continuous evolution.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been transforming and changing what we do and how we do it for 125 years,\u201d he said. \u201cEvery engineer, every operator, every accountant that we have in the company is committed to figuring out better ways to do what we do every day. It\u2019s a journey of continuous improvement throughout our history.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other highlights included the Phillips 66 Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex, the company\u2019s
