They reflect a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and state-of-the-art infrastructure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noteworthy hangar expansion projects within the Phillips 66<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> branded FBO network include developments at KCAC Aviation, Texas Jet and DuPage Flight Center:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KCAC Aviation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image align wp-block-psx-widen-image\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/phillips66.widen.net\/content\/seikqbxd76\/jpeg\/KCAC.jpeg?position=c&#038;color=ffffffff&#038;quality=100&#038;u=4ny3tt&#038;retina=true\" width=\"1430\" height=\"980\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcac.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>KCAC Aviation<\/strong><\/a>, located at the <strong>Johnson County Executive Airport (KOJC)<\/strong> in <strong>Olathe, Kansas<\/strong>, has begun construction on a new 30,000-square-foot maintenance hangar. Set to open mid-2025, this expansion will double the company&#8217;s maintenance capacity to accommodate better demand for services like routine inspection services and major overhaul repairs, and it will allow the FBO to maintain the growing number of aircraft in its sales region. The new hangar will support KCAC Aviation\u2019s role as the factory-authorized sales and service center for Pilatus and Piper in the Midwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Texas Jet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image align wp-block-psx-widen-image\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/phillips66.widen.net\/content\/zidnv4nhyf\/jpeg\/Texas-Jet.jpeg?position=c&#038;color=ffffffff&#038;quality=100&#038;u=4ny3tt&#038;retina=true\" width=\"1430\" height=\"1078\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/texasjet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Texas Jet<\/strong><\/a> at <strong>Fort Worth Meacham International Airport (KFTW)<\/strong> in <strong>Fort Worth, Texas,<\/strong> is nearing completion of its 25<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;hangar, a 38,000-square-foot VIP hangar designed for customers seeking more privacy. The new hangar, known as Hangar 4C, will feature amenities customers have come to expect from&nbsp;Texas&nbsp;Jet&nbsp;and will accommodate the latest long-range business&nbsp;jets. Featuring secured, covered parking and a private luxurious lobby, the new hangar will expand Texas Jet\u2019s total hangar space at FTW to over 540,000 sq ft. This expansion aligns with the strong demand for space and contributes to Texas Jet\u2019s recognition as the #1 Independent FBO in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phillips66.com\/newsroom\/2024-prase-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2024 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DuPage Flight Center<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image align wp-block-psx-widen-image\">\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/phillips66.widen.net\/content\/xt6fqwycpg\/jpeg\/DuPage-Flight-Center.jpeg?position=c&#038;color=ffffffff&#038;quality=100&#038;u=4ny3tt&#038;w=939&#038;h=353\" width=\"939\" height=\"353\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dupageflightcenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>DuPage Flight Center<\/strong><\/a> at <strong>DuPage Airport<\/strong> <strong>(KDPA) <\/strong>in <strong>West Chicago, Illinois<\/strong>, introduced a newly constructed 48,000-square-foot hangar in August 2024.
