While Harbison talked about the company\u2019s vision, he also discussed its mission of providing energy and improving lives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThat mission drives everything we do as we strive to meet today\u2019s energy needs while preparing for the future,\u201d he said.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harbison highlighted workforce development as a key part of Phillips 66\u2019s strategy, focusing on equipping employees with skills for traditional and emerging energy roles. The company provides technical and leadership training for employees at all levels, from new hires to executives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To build its talent pipeline, Phillips 66 also partners with universities and offers internship programs, identifying promising candidates early and providing pathways for meaningful careers within the company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInvesting in people is essential to our success,\u201d Harbison said. \u201cWe focus on aligning individual roles with the company\u2019s vision, creating opportunities for growth and fostering a sense of empowerment.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harbison said Phillips 66 would continue to work toward meeting global energy needs through scalable, proven solutions. \u201cOur ability to meet global energy
