Forecourts (fuel and convenience stations) equipped with JET CHARGE are experiencing increased foot traffic, more repeat visits and positive feedback from electric vehicle drivers who appreciate a fast, simple and accessible charging experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why it matters:<\/strong> As more drivers switch to electric vehicles and the U.K. moves closer to its Net Zero 2050 target, the demand for fast, reliable public charging continues to grow. JET CHARGE, the ultra-rapid EV&nbsp;charging offer, is making a real difference \u2014 for drivers, dealers and the communities served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>CHARGING MADE SIMPLE<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a>JET CHARGE stands out by focusing on ease and convenience. There\u2019s no app, no membership and no minimum spend \u2014 just pay-as-you-go charging with speeds of up to 360kW. That\u2019s enough to charge up in the time it takes to grab a bite and check your morning emails \u2014 a quick, convenient window to recharge both your car and yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One customer commented, \u201cThis is what charging should be like. Rock up. No waiting. Present card, plug in. Pause. Present card, unplug and away you go.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This model is winning over drivers and attracting attention within the industry. JET Abbeyside forecourt recorded more than 800 charges in Q4 2024 alone, and many dealers consider JET CHARGE as a key reason to join or remain part of the JET brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEV customers have all been complimentary about how easy to use and accessible the chargers are, with many taking the opportunity to use the shop, which is good to see,\u201d said Garry Gibson, operations director, JET Cooper Bros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>good for drivers, smart for dealers<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For forecourt operators, JET CHARGE offers more than a service \u2014 it presents a business opportunity. JET&#8217;s EV offer was &#8220;too good to turn down,\u201d added Oliver Blake, operations director, JET Oasis in Hull, who recently rejoined the JET network from Gulf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Customers want the confidence to know that we can offer everything they need at our site \u2014 be it fuel, food, or a quick and easy-to-use recharge,\u201d added Manoj Agnihotri, business development and operations manager, JET Brentford. \u201cJET CHARGE is a great addition to the JET brand, and for dealers like us, who operate in high-density urban areas with a higher concentration of EV drivers, it\u2019s the missing piece of the puzzle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Driving toward a cleaner future<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportation is one of the U.K.\u2019s largest sources of greenhouse gas emissions. As part of the national effort to reach Net Zero by 2050, expanding access to EV charging is an important step in the transition to cleaner transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Home charging isn\u2019t an option for everyone \u2014 especially renters and those living in densely populated areas.
